In eigener Sache:
"Nein",- ich bin keine Künstlerin! Und "Nein",- ich bin eigentlich nicht kreativ...
Ich bin inzwischen Rentnerin und genieße es, meine zwangsläufig großzügige Freizeit - zumindest ab und an - anders zu gestalten, als nur zu lesen, spazieren zu gehen (was in CORONA-Zeiten ohnehin sehr kontraproduktiv war...) oder vor dem Fernseher zu vergeuden.
So kam ich vor einiger Zeit auf die Idee, sogenannte "Malbücher für Erwachsene" hand-zu-kolorieren!
"Hand-Kolorierung" kann jeder! Und ein "Malbuch für Erwachsene" können Sie in jedem Buchladen und natürlich im Internet für verhältnismäßig wenig Geld erstehen. "Handkolorieren" ist vielleicht so etwas, wie "Malen nach Zahlen", also quasi ein Hobby für künstlerisch nicht besonders talentierte Mitmenschen. Aber: Als kreative Freizeitbeschäftigung gibt es sicher mehrere Millionen Möglichkeiten, die einzelnen - vorgegebenen - Motive ganz individuell auszumalen!
Ich, für mich, habe festgestellt, dass es äußerst befriedigend ist, meiner spontanen Farb-Intuition zu folgen, und - oft begleitet von einem Glas guten Weins und schöner Musik - meine eigene "bunte Farbenwelt" auszuleben!
Als "Vorlage" kann ich Ihnen insbesondere die Malbücher der schottischen Illustratorin JOHANNA BASFORD empfehlen, deren von mir handkolorierten Motive Sie auf dieser meiner Homepage sehen können...
Um es abschließend mit einem Zitat des französischen Malers PAUL GAUGUIN zu sagen:

Meanwhile retired, I do enjoy the generous time capacity life offers to me. And I try to shape this capacity, at least from time to time, in a different way retirees are suspected to do: reading, taking a walk (in Covid-19 times more problematic...), joining TV.
A strange idea came up: To work on "hand-colored painting books for adults".
Everybody can do this!
And painting books für adults are available in many bookstores and of course the internet.
I like to recommend the books of the Scottish illustrator Johanna Basford. She inspired me to work on her lovely motives. You can see the results on my website.
To hand-color a template is similar to the wellknown "painting by numbers", a hobby for people who like to step into the art of painting but regard themselves as untalented. Please note: Millions of performance options offer a freedom to everybody for an individual approach!
Follow your personal intuition, follow your individuality, step into your own world of colors. Don't forget a glass of wine/or an inspiring music: law will not regard this as a physical or a mental doping...
This website likes to invite everybody with a heart for colors to try out a step into an inspiring activity. Be patient with yourself: A snowflake falls from the sky, but not an artist...
